:: Rates in EUR includes:
- Expenses for oil and maintenance, excluding the petrol; - Fully Comprehensive Insurance , 24/7 Road assistance - No hidden extras - all taxes including VAT are included in the price) - Full 24 hours rent - Replacement of the car in case of mechanical damage or any other emergency - Unlimited mileage within the territory of Bulgaria - Prepaid road tax (vignette) - Accessories
:: PAYMENT
The paying of the rental rate and charges takes place at the moment of car delivery. Payment of the rent is possible by CC, cash or bank transfer. Additional payment if necessary is to be done at the moment of car return.
:: SECURITY DEPOSIT
At the car delivery a deposit payment have to be done, which is definite in the “Val&Kar” rate. It is refundable at the end of the rental period.
:: VEHICLE EQUIPMENT
*All rent a car vehicles are equipped according the law.*

25 euros per day additional charge. 40 euros on Holidays and Sundays
TRAVELLING ABROAD
Travelling abroad is a subject of additional conditions upon agreement with our rent a car offices. MINIMUM DRIVER AGE Minimum driver age and experience are required as follows: 21 years of age, minimum 3 year driving experience. FUEL Fuel is not included in the rental rate and you are supposed to return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel registered upon pick-up
