Location: Chiflik village is situated along the valley of the Beli Osam River, just 15 km sought-west of Troyan resort in Stara Planina. The village has just 200 houses and 500 inhabitants. Its precise location is in a very beautiful and sheltered from the winds, mountain valley in the heart of the Troyan Balkan (part of the Balkan Mountain Range). It is a unique resort with great potential for the development of eco, rural and spa tourism.
The climate is favourable for the human organism all year round – the average January temperature is 0 – 1°C and July temperature is 20 – 21°C.

The mineral water: The mineral spring in Chiflik is with water temperature of 50 °C.
The mineral water in the resort is slightly mineralized, hyper-thermal, with slightly alkaline reaction and bug flow capacity. It is also characterized as fluorine, hydro-carbonate-sulfate-sodium, with calcium, magnesium, meta-silicon acid lithium and radon content.

Indications for medical treatment and prophylactic:

The mineral water in Chiflik is prescribed for drinking spa medication and spa prophylaxis of the following diseases:
- kidney-urological;
- gastrointestinal;
- liver-bilious and metabolic-endocrine diseases;
- prophylaxis of osteoporosis;
- Prophylaxis of toot caries.

The water is also suitable for external application of diseases of the locomotory, nervous, cardiovascular and reproductive systems.
It could also be applied by inhalations to respiratory diseases and by irrigation procedures to dental diseases.
The water is generally appropriate for general and sports prophylaxis for strengthening of the organism.

ONE WAY RENTALS - If you are planning to return the car to a different location, please advice when booking. Additional charges are applicable for the service.

ADDITIONAL DRIVER - 2 EUR per day, with a maximum of 20 EUR per rental period.

DELAY - an hours delay - free of charge; from 1 to 3 hours - 50% daily rental fee; over 3 hours - extra day

AIRPORT CHARGE - Sofia Airport - 10 EUR additional charge.

Winter services fee - 9 EUR additional charge / once per rental /. Winter fee applies for the period from 1 December to 30 March

Contracts up to 7 days - GPS for 3 EUR per day  Contracts over 7 days - GPS 2 EUR but not more than 30 EUR for whole rental period.

Cross Border Fee - 20 euros per rental

Cross border Certificate ( Power of Attorney ) - 10 euros per rental

Insurance claim fee - min 50 euros per claim
